Our w**e dinner with Water 2 W**e featured Colorado favorites like Palisade peaches and Rocky Ford watermelon, alongside dishes like Fig & Prosciutto, Beef Asado, and Roasted Cauliflower Steak—each course paired with w**e.

The sweet finish? Peach Bread Pudding with vanilla bean custard and peach compote. ✨
