Here’s how to make it:
1 shot espresso (or 1/4 cup strong coffee)
1/2 cup sparkling water (fizz = fun!)

• 1/4 cup sparkling water or soda water
• 1 teaspoon vanilla syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
• Ice cubes
• Whipped cream Topping (optional)
• Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for garnish

Instructions:
1. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
