Pay Rate: $14.00-18.00 / hour (Starting pay based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Multiple shifts available)
Join our team operating a high-volume, modern kitchen kiosk inside the food-hall at Mission Hospital. We are looking for dependable, efficient line cooks, prep cooks & managers.
Available Shift Blocks
• Breakfast Shift: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Lunch Shift: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Dinner Shift: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook hot menu items efficiently to order on the line.
• Maintain fast ticket times and high food quality during predictable hospital meal rushes.
• Keep your kitchen station clean, organized, and sanitized according to food safety guidelines.
What We Are Looking For
• Prior experience in a fast-casual kitchen, food court, or high-volume restaurant environment is highly preferred.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work tightly as a team with a 3-person shift crew.
• Ability to work with speed, focus, and a sense of urgency.
• Execute the daily kitchen prep list (washing, peeling, chopping vegetables, slicing/portioning).
• Prepare food bases and stock line stations so cooks are completely prepared before
peak meal rushes hit.
• Maintain high standards of back-of-house cleanliness, dishwashing, and proper food
rotation/storage.
• Wash utensils and pans used for prep and hot/cold storage in a shared dishwashing
area.
