Hi all! It's been a while! Just wanted to announce that I now offer sourdough baked goods in addition to custom desserts. I make sourdough loaves, sandwich bread, mini loaves, bagels, tortillas, crackers, cinnamon rolls, and focaccia bread. You can make SO many things with sourdough so don't be afraid to request something not listed. I'm likely to do it if it's not crazy difficult.
Also, I'm temporarily closing complex custom orders because I'm in the process of moving so I'm both busy and also don't want to lose stuff in the mail and be stressed about managing all that. I will resume them once I'm settled again (in a month or so). Basically, if I can make it with stuff I can buy in person at the store, then you can order it.

Some ideas may go on to be regulars on a menu, so if you can't order them right now, let me know which ones you love, and what you think of them. Also, is one of my first ever , conceived all the way back in elementary school (sometime before 2013) over ten years ago.

! A lot of Denverites will love this one- it's a peanut butter cake I helped mom make for my brother's birthday all the way back in March of 2013. I do custom sweets for all types of people from many walks of life, from the daintiest little lover to the funniest . I can't believe it's been over 10 years already! *****na

! A blast from the past; the first ever baked good I remember making with my mom, reindeer cupcakes for Christmas. Little did I know then that I would go on to make many, many more desserts with my her, supporting her custom cake business, then later branch out into my own thing. My mom is not a good person and I've cut her out of my life, but one thing I'll always cherish are the good memories and skills I picked up making cakes with her as I grew up.

It took some real work making 100 jam by hand , but they were so adorable and I'm always thrilled to support my favorite bar, and one of the last ***an bars in the country. Sometimes you don't know what you want until you see it, so I'm going to start posting

Currently, I'm building up tools and materials, so every thing is made to order with money up front, but some ideas may go on to be regulars on a menu or similar, so even if you can't order them right now, let me know which ones you love, and what you think of them. Also, were the thought child of me AND my partner (that's who Char is). She had the idea of the name, I fleshed it out into a dessert.

I'm so excited to be the cookie maker for this tea party. This is my second order for an event at Blush & Blu Denver, which makes me so happy because as q***r nonbinary person who met their partner there, Blush & Blu is very dear to my heart. Everything's going smoothly and test cookies baked well. I hope there's a good turnout and people enjoy themselves 🌷🌼❤️

Look what I just got 👀
Oh yeah, we're cooking with oil now!! I'm so excited! These are my first real sculpting tools. I adore the rainbow colors and the fact that I can pop off the tool heads to customize them and clean them thoroughly.

I had meringue left over from making that cool alien cake, so I impromptu decided to try my hand at making macarons. They weren't perfect, but they were pretty and everyone at the bar was obsessed. I saw some people carrying around little handfuls like a squirrel with some acorns. I'm definitely gonna explore this some more and figure out how to make cool shapes and keep them from cracking. What a fun way to celebrate earth day!

My first Denver cake! Everything made from scratch, even the fondant and icing! This dark chocolate cake with marshmallow cream frosting was a wild ride to make and turned out so cool. I hope they loved it!

I got some advising from CEDS finance in Aurora yesterday that was really enlightening. I'm gonna start implementing some stuff I learned and look into resources that'll help me get going, from funding to marketing. One thing they advised me to do is create a separate bank account for business expenses/income, and after some research I decided on Found. I also created a venmo account for my business, so if you want to to order something, contribute to a small business, or spread this around, it's easier than ever and would help me a lot!

I went to panel for women and nonbinary people in small businesses Wednesday and I just got my first cake inquiry today (Friday)! I'm feeling so excited about my little cake business. Like a supernova, I'm just gonna keep glowing up and expanding, lighting the sky as I go!
