After 10 wonderful years at the Colfax location, Machete has decided to unfortunately, not move forward with a new lease and concentrate on operating its Cherry Creek, Union Station and Red Rocks locations.

It’s been a wonderful experience and we will miss our amazing customers who have supported us from the beginning.

Please celebrate our last day of operation on January 24th at our Colfax location with an all day Happy Hour starting a 4pm.

Our Machete team has already successfully placed all of its key Colfax members with employment at our other restaurants.
