If you haven't gotten on the air fryer wagon yet, now is your chance. The air fryer has be instrumental in cookie veggies for my kids.

I've made veggie tots, imitation chicken nuggets, and various other veggie treats to get them switched over to a whole-foods, plant based diet. But it's not just for the kids. I make toast, 'fried apples', and spicy veggies for me!
