Meet our namesake, the Aglio. Pronounced “AH-lyoh,” aglio is Italian for garlic.

A garlic oil base with fresh mozzarella, garlic confit, smoked bacon, fresh rosemary, crushed chili flakes, and Parmesan. Rich, mellow garlic, smoky bacon, and a little heat—all brought together in our wood-fired oven.
