Salmon with pesto pasta and tri-color carrots.
The salmon was a gift from Lauren Reyna Whisenhunt! There is lemon, salt, and a heap of dill on the salmon. The carrots are glazed with fig, honey, bourbon, and a couple spices. When I say this was a fantastic dinner! 🤤

I am beat, but I had a lot of fun as well this weekend representing my brand Foster’s Fixin’s. I am very passionate about food and people having a great time! Shoutout to Katie Vann and Casey Patrick for stopping by yesterday, chatting me up and complimenting the food. Thank you to Barbara’s Pavillion for the nice grassy spot in front of their bar.
