Needle Rock’s commitment to our Guests concerning COVID-19
The CDC continues to assess developments related to coronavirus (COVID-19) and has advised that the public risk in the US remains low.
As always, we are committed to ensuring you have an excellent dining experience. We have always been committed to “food service” cleanliness, but during this season we have taken critical steps to ensure that you can enjoy a safe, and worry-free dining experience.
• We have developed additional cleaning and sanitizing procedures to our already rigorous food safety and personal hygiene standards. These include continuous disinfecting of hard surfaces and additional deep cleaning each night.
• We are in regular communication with our staff, sharing government-issued public health guidelines and updates as they become available.
• We have prepared our managers to respond quickly to situations as they arise.
• We have instructed our staff that if they have a fever or flu-like symptoms to stay home. And our managers are fully empowered to send staff members home if they display any symptoms.
• If you'd prefer to dine at home, please call ahead to order 970-399-3733. We'll gladly prepare your order and bring it out to your car where you can pay with a credit card.
In addition, please help us ensure the safety of our guests and staff, if you are not feeling well, please choose to dine with us at another time.
