Our Mat Pilates Teacher Training is an intimate, 4-day intensive led by Patricia Pinto — 18 years of teaching, a strong therapeutic lens, and a genuine belief that the best instructors teach from real understanding.

Training Dates:

Feeling overwhelmed or low energy? Start with something calming like a sound bath or restorative yin to slow down and reset.

Looking to build strength and feel energized? Try yoga sculpt, mat Pilates, or vinyasa flow for a more dynamic, challenging class.

Feeling tight or out of sync? Go for a mobility-focused class like yin yoga or gentle flow to stretch, release, and move with more ease.

There is no “right” place to begin. Just follow what your body needs that day.
