The reality of baking sometimes…

I dropped off a fresh batch of Caramel Apple cookies off at KC Corner Collective LLC on Wednesday. They are already sold out of them. I didn’t bring very many because honestly, I wasn’t sure how they would do! I wasn’t thrilled with how they turned out, so I made another batch and tweaked the recipe a little. This time, they turned out exactly how I wanted them. I was ok with the first batch. But I knew I could do better! So, if you purchased from the store this week, THANK YOU! Next week, they’ll have the new batch and you’ll have to let me know how the comparison is! 🥰 Caramel Apple will be available this weekend at the Farmstand on Seriff Rd, and at The Family Fun day at Dunkirk Community Park Saturday, 2-6pm!

Not every cookie can be a winner…some just have to be character development.

Our Caramel Apple Cookie in its early stages is a perfect example. 🙃🙈

We may just have to bring back our “In a Mood, Cookies and Cream”! 🥰
