🍪✨ **¡Les comparto mi receta de Giant Chocolate Chip Cookies!**

**Rinde:** 24 galletas gigantes · **Horno:** 350 °F / 175 °C

**Ingredientes:**
623 g azúcar morena · 496 g mantequilla · 208 g yemas · 14 g vainilla · 17 g sal · 3.5 g bicarbonato · 692 g harina · 658 g chispas

**Pasos:**
1. Bate mantequilla + azúcar morena 1 min
2. Agrega yemas y vainilla
3. Incorpora sal y bicarbonato
4. Añade la harina sin batir de más
5. Agrega las chispas
6. Pesa 113 g por galleta
7. Hornea 16–18 min: bordes dorados, centro suave
8. Enfría en la bandeja

💡 Tip: agrega nueces o pecanas picadas para una versión especial.
