A few of September orders 💖
Hello guys! 👋🏻
First of all, Happy Indigenous People's Day 🪶🩵
I never thought I would ever have to make this kind of post, at least not under these sudden circumstances, but I was offered a part time job working early mornings during the week that I'll be starting soon. 🥹 So i will no longer accept any orders during the week. And i will no longer offer party packages or cookies for the rest of the year because those items are the most time consuming. Again, just for now at least 😢
As far as the weekends, I am for the most part booked for October/ beginning of November, and will only take a few orders on weekends that i do have available which is VERY limited at this point. Just at least until i get the groove of everything with my new job. 🥲
I am also having a small procedure done next week in which I had to cancel a few orders during the week as well due to the prep I have to do for the procedure itself a day prior to it and recovery after, so i apologize for the inconvenience to you that I had to cancel on, I really HATE doing it and literally cried myself to sleep because of it 🥹
I am still really shocked and I'll be honest, stressed a bit that this is happening at the moment when i have A LOT of upcoming orders, but I am pushing towards something better for myself and my family, and this is the direction I decided to go, just for now at least 🫶🏼
I am looking forward to still being a part of some special moments. I hope that you remember Candy Cakes for what it was, is and will always be. I am SO incredibly grateful for all the love and support i had over the last 5 years from you all, and i would like to thank you all for always supporting my dream 🥺 truly seriously THE BEST CUSTOMERS a girl supporting her little family could ask for 😭💕
And don't forget, there are still amazing bakers in our beautiful city to which you can always ask me for their names and information! 🥰
