A Little About Pacamara☕️

Pacamara is a distinctive coffee variety known for its exceptionally large seeds and impressive cup quality. While grown throughout Central America, it is most closely associated with El Salvador, where it has frequently stood out in Cup of Excellence competitions. Pacamara was created by combining Pacas, known for its potential for high yields, with Maragogype, prized for its exceptional cup quality.

We’re proud to have this special piece on display at our La Jolla cafe! Artist Rosanna Marmont created the original beach scene, and our Bird Rock neighbors brought it to life with colored pencils during this year’s BirdStock Music Festival & Artisan Market.

Now, this community creation could be yours. It’s up for auction, with 100% of proceeds supporting the Bird Rock Elementary Arts & Music Program.
