When God needed a servants heart he called home my sweet Aunt Pat. She helped lay the foundation of what is Ed’s Restaurant. I learned something different from every Sconiers before me. My Aunt Pat taught me sacrifice with humility and hard work. Her legacy at our family’s restaurant will never be forgotten. Go rest easy Aunt Pat.
