Taco of the week 🌮 pollo frito- crispy chicken with a chile de arbol honey salsa. Topped with cabbage slaw, pickled red onions and cilantro. Cattle 🐄prices have skyrocketed.. the supply chain cannot keep up with the demand and has forced us to make another difficult decision. We have encountered more instability in the last year regarding food cost, we will continue to keep the same quality and unfortunately that will come with a price increase. We’ve held off as long as possible but we have no options at this time. Thank you for understanding
