Learn to Turn!

The TGT Chest teaches you how to rotate and open the chest up in the backswing to improve body turn for a more dynamic sequence. This will also improve arms/club movement in the backswing & downswing!

New Golfer Grind!

We worked through some solid fundamentals and used the TGTV2 for understanding how to move the handle of the club. He talked about how the handle needs to staying in front of the club head into impact and keep it moving due to proper body pivot. I explained the Clock Theory to give some parameters to what he was trying to accomplish. As someone who played a lot of baseball he understands the process is what he needed. So we made a clear plan and he understood what he needed to do.

Michael Landry we worked on trail arm width using the TGT Arm & TGT Hip to improve body/arms & club sequence in the downswing! The stop & go drill ensures correct swings.
