🍁 681 Seafood is headed to Newfield this weekend! 🍁

Join us Saturday and Sunday, October 10–11, from 12–6 PM at the 1st Annual Newfield Harvest Festival! Enjoy fall fun for the whole family, including live music, a Ferris wheel, hayrides, a pumpkin patch, a hay maze, a petting zoo, and more. Admission is free!

Come hungry and find our truck for Bayou Crabcakes, Cajun Street Corn Cobs, Krispy Krab Potatoes, Fall NOLA Gumbo, Shrimp or Turkey Sausage & Grits, Sweet Potato Pie, Banana Pudding, and Elderberry Lemonade—plus our regular menu!

I remember when we would work ALL day Saturday and Sunday and sometimes wouldn’t even clear $200 in profit. Coressa would sit with me at our “drawing board” the kitchen table 😂 and we’d talk through every high, every low, every lesson, and every dream.

We always said those days were preparing us for the future for the days when the orders would come fast and we’d have to be ready.

Two days ago, I was reminded of exactly that when we knocked out 50+ orders in just 2 hours. 🙌🏾

The best part? I still get to look over and see Coressa right there. From the kitchen table to huge festivals and major production days… we’ve really been shooting in the gym together this whole time.

Grateful for the growth. Grateful for the lessons. Grateful for the journey. 💜🔥
