The Modern Rose is hiring a Front of House (FOH) Manager and a Back of House (Culinary) Manager for a high-volume, high-visibility property in the coastal Northeast—a destination where visionaries, tastemakers, and celebrities spend time with their families.

Full location details will be shared during the interview process.

This is more than a seasonal role — it’s a career-defining opportunity.

What makes this different:
Seasonal salaried roles (mid-May through mid-December)
Total compensation targeted at $85,000–$100,000 (salary + bonus + housing)
Housing provided — live where others vacation
Out-of-state destination experience
Operating a $1.5MM+ seasonal business with hundreds of covers per day at peak
