Greetings Taco Lovers !
Now that our locally grown sweet corn has hit the street, it's time for grilled chicken tacos with fresh sweet corn and pineapple salsa. This is the perfect taco for these warm days.
Please note that there is a slight variation in our usual Saturday locations.
We will begin serving at 11am at Klockow Brewery. Due to staffing shortage we will not be at the Farmers Market this Saturday.
Come hungry and stay for the live music at the brewery.

Hi Taco Lovers,
With repairs completed to our LP gas system we are back to work this Saturday at our usual locations, Grand Rapids Farmers Market 8am-1pm and Klockow Brewery 3pm-7pm.
We have several featured tacos still on tap for this season, but many of you are requesting the return of one of our most popular. It is the 'Garlic Lover'.
It's a grilled chicken taco with garlic aioli sauce.

We had a LP pressure regulator failure Saturday afternoon and had to quit sales early. We apologize to all those who were not served.
We should be back together with repairs before next Saturday.

Hi again Taco Lovers,
This Saturday on the 25th we'll be serving another new taco inspired by my daughter, Julie.
This taco is grilled chicken with a creamed tomatillo, onion sauce. I worked it up in our test kitchen this past week and I really think it's a hit and I think you will too.
We'll be at the Farmers Market 8am-1pm and Klockow Brewery 3pm-7pm.

Hi again Taco Lovers,
You can find us this Saturday 7/18 at the Grand Rapids Farmers Market 8am-1pm and Klockow Brewery 3pm-7pm.
Our special of the day is grilled chicken tacos with chipotle lime cream sauce.
Many of you are not aware that we serve a very popular breakfast taco until about 10:30am.
You might enjoy this original taco we call 'The Homie' made with scrambled egg, chorizo, grilled onion, potato, and smothered with queso cheese.
Currently we are not serving on Wednesdays due to a staffing shortage.

This Saturday, July 11th we will be supporting a Community Event.
This city sponsored Art Festival will be located at the old Central School in Grand Rapids, see the enclosed flyer.
Our special taco of the day will be Mid-Eastern, Sumac Grilled Chicken.
Thanks to all your 'get well' wishes last week. We're back to work.

We've contracted a very strong, mean cold virus.
To avoid exposures we reluctantly canceled this Saturdays sale.
Since the Farmers Market is closed on the 4th of July, the next time we'll see you is Saturday July 11th.

Greetings Taco Enthusiasts and Connoisseurs;
This Saturday 6/20 we will be serving the most requested taco in our daily special menu, it's Korean Bulgogi.
This ancient recipe has its roots in the Korean peninsula dating back to 37BC.
Our hand trimmed top sirloin spends the night in a special marinade, flash grilled, garnished with pickled red onions and served in tacos directly to you.
Our sirloin is purchased locally from S&S Meats.
