TERMS & CONDITIONS:
There is a nonrefundable deposit required for all orders due when order is placed.For orders placed the week they are due payment is due in full. Remaining balance due for most orders is upon delivery however the remaining balance due on all orders over $100 are due one week prior to event date. If the remaining balance is not paid in full the week prior to event date the orde
r will not be fulfilled. regarding final payment if we do not receive payment the order is considered canceled and deposit will not be refunded. For orders exceeding $150 a contract will need to be signed. Once items are delivered and accepted we are no longer responsible. We reserve the right to refuse refunds. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order the entire order will need to be returned for a refund to be determined. These terms and conditions are in place for us to better serve our customers and provide consistent customer service. If you have any additional questions regarding our terms and conditions please feel free to contact us and we would love to hear from you. We appreciate orders be placed in advance. Most birthday, celebration and holiday orders need at least 2-4 weeks notice. Weddings and other large events need 4-8 weeks notice or more. We understand circumstances arise and will do our best to meet your baking needs but can not guarantee last minute orders (1 week or less) and reserve the right to add an additional fee for rushed orders. The fee will be determined on the specifics of each order.
