Goodmorning!!!!
I am here at The Coffee Parlour to train new staff so please stop in this week WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY & FRIDAY!

Grab a pastry (im teaching them how to make my danishes 😉)

No better way to learn, then to do, so help me teach this new staff and put them to work this week!!! 😂❤️

I will be here next week to train the new staff coming in but today is the end of the ✨ Jane Dough Era ✨

Next week will be “The Coffee Parlour” and im very excited for her and her team!! Please continue to support them 🥰🥰🥰 more info will be coming regarding any small changes so stay tuned!!!

After a lot of thought, I have some news to share… ❤

I’m selling the café!

And while saying that feels a little emotional, I want everyone to know that this is a
positive new chapter for me, and I couldn’t be happier about the person taking over!!

The new owner is wonderful, and one of the things that made me feel so good about
this decision is that she wants to maintain what makes this café special, rather than
come in and change everything. She sees the value in what we’ve built together, and
I’m so excited to see her continue that.
Most importantly, just because I’m leaving doesn’t mean the café is leaving! ☕❤

The doors will still be open, the coffee will still be flowing, and this special little place will
continue to be part of the community.

✨ To all of my wonderful regulars and everyone who has supported me along the
way,you have truly meant more to me than you know. I would absolutely LOVE the
chance to see as many of you as possible before I leave, so please come in, say hello,
have a coffee, and give me a chance to say goodbye properly. 🥹❤ please come see me!!!

When the time comes, I hope you all welcome the new owner with open arms and
support her just as you’ve supported me. She’s taking on something very special, and I
genuinely believe the café is in good hands.

❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹 This decision hasn’t been an easy one, and there is a little bit of a story behind it.
After the car accident I was in back in June, I’ve had to take a step back and
realise that running the café largely on my own has simply become more than I
can manage. It’s been a difficult decision, but I truly believe it’s the right one for me and for the café. I may be leaving, but the Cafe isn't going anywhere. ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹

Here’s to new beginnings, new adventures, and many more cups of coffee! ☕
