Someone was asking yesterday which races we will be at… these are all of our scheduled races for the rest of ‘26. We won’t be at Montague or Branded Cross, as they have facility concessions.

If you know of other productions that operate on opposite schedules, we would LOVE to be wherever we are needed!

Thank you North Texas High School Rodeo Association for all the smiles and the memories this year. We appreciate all the opportunities as we continue to grow our small business.
Our hearts go out to each of the families who participated this school year and came through to see us; we put a lot of effort, time, energy, and love into providing awesome refreshments and atmosphere every time we’re invited. To those who visited us multiple times; we see you and we appreciate you, every time! You know who you are!! 💛

Though the final outcome of the fish fry didn’t exactly meet all expectations, we are still so very grateful for the opportunity. We learned lessons, some the hard way, and we’ve decided NOT to mess with a good thing. When you see us at the arena, we will be serving pulled pork!! Larry does such a phenomenal job on the smoker and it really pleases all the crowds. 😍

All orders will come with either tea, water, or canned soda of your choice. We will also have lemonade, limeades, and dirty sodas with an onsite discount!

PREPAID/ Prearranged orders are $15, on site
will be $18 (will still include full plate and drink).
Desserts are Larry’s famous banana pudding (seriously my family called him Puddin’ for the first six months 🤤) and my peanut butter sheet cake (also 🤤) and $5 each.

We are super excited for this Saturday and want to make sure everything is great! If you still need to place your order… prepaid plates are $15, plates on site will be $18. All plates will come with two pieces of fish or chicken, three sides of your choice, and tea, water, or canned soda of your choice. Jotform is open until Thursday 5/28/26 at 11:00pm to process fish orders. Chicken orders will need to be paid through Venmo, and please reach out to us via email if you need any additional details or need assistance. Thanks so much for your support and patience.

By request we have added chicken strips to the fish fry at North Texas High School Rodeo Association on Saturday! And extended orders through Thursday on Jotform.

If you want to order chicken instead of fish, it is $15 per plate as well, with three sides. The easiest way to pay is through Venmo, and then please send us a message with your preferred sides orders. If your family wants a mixture of chicken and fish, please still refer to Venmo and message us!

All prepaid plates will come with Tea, Water, or canned soda of your choice. We will have special deals on our lemonades and dirty sodas on site!
