💜👑 TGIF 👑💜

👑 I wanted to share an awesome and very special custom order I worked on this week.

💜 This is a custom macaron flavor called:

👑The Crowned Esther 👑

👑 This is a special, unique, one-of-a-kind flavor that my client developed for her very special community project she has been working hard on.

👑 The flavor features royal burgundy shells with gold glitter and a gold crown.

💜 This flavor has two fillings:

💜 A brown butter, vanilla bean and white chocolate whipped ganache and a honey rose raspberry sauce middle

💜 The combination of warm nutty rich buttercream with the tang of the raspberry and slight aroma of rose ended up being one of my favorite flavors that I’ve assembled!

👑 It is rich and complex where one flavor doesn’t overwhelm the others

👑 I am beyond honored to be apart of her mission and what she is providing to the young gals in the community and it makes me so proud that The French Kiss was chosen.

👑 I have enough leftover for a Box of 3 if anybody wanted to try The Crowned Esther for themselves!

🌾 I spent today working on these fun pain d’épi loaves!

🌾 These are a sourdough/yeast dough, topped with my own artisan seed/grain blend and shaped to resemble wheat stalks ☺️🌾

‼️These are up for grabs if anybody is interested!

🌾 A perfect companion for your fall soups, charcuterie, or for just some after-school snacking!

We are all set up here at the Decatur Artisan Craft Market from 9-2!

I didnt have time for any French tarts today, but I still have plenty of yummy treats including a lot of macarons, sourdough and Brioche!

I’ve been working extra hard this week to bring you some fun treats tomorrow!

⬇️ Here is a short run-down of what I will be bringing tomorrow:
