Everyday is a struggle for a small business. Today they came without warning or notice and began clear cutting some of the property so you kind people can see the billboard better. I walked up right as they got done chopping down a tree that I planted 9 years ago. I politely asked what they were doing. I explained I had planted these three trees and wondered if there was anything I could do . He was kind enough to spare the other two. I rent so it’s not my property. The rest of what they did was kind of awesome and I look forward to continuing to push the kudzu back and reclaim this property as a green space for years to come. Even if I’m not apart of it. The tree getting cut down reminded me of how much we’ve grown here. It reminded me of how quickly it can get taken away if I don’t continue to fight for it. Mike Paul Mike I saved the other two trees you gave me but one unfortunately was cut down today. I really liked that tree.

The last few months we’ve taken some bigger hits than usual. Tipsy Bear is out to help with rent this month. We have homemade muscadine jam for sale. We have an incredible outer space to come and sit with your friends and family. We will have BBQ Sammies and sliders a little later today. I’ll be happy to go down the list of troubles we’ve been having but would rather focus on the good things. The fundraisers are to keep the good things going. Go fund me in the comments(Facebook) and the bio(insta) We’ve managed to pull thru every tight spot cause yall want to see this place continue to create and sustain magic.
