This week's chef's sauce is German Dunkel, made with Twain's Reigning Barley Munich Dunkel, malt syrup, dijon, honey, and red pepper flakes. A wonderful and rich sauce. Not too spicy! Get it while it lasts!

🇩🇪Oktoberfest has begun and the specials are here🇩🇪

Start off with the savory fried sauerkraut fritters, filled with sausage made especially for us from Pine Street Market using our Festbier, bacon, sauerkraut and cheese served with house spicy mustard.

Next up we have our main event: Twain's Jagerschnitzel Plate, a pork schnitzel topped with mushroom gravy, served with cooked cabbage and crispy spatzle.

Finish things off with the rich yet light German plum cake, made with a sweet, cookie like crust, cheese filling, plums, and almond streusel.
