Yesterday we celebrated my husband's birthday, and of course, I made a special cake for him—just the way he likes it, packed with chocolate and dulce de leche! Thin layers moistened with chocolate syrup made all the difference, and the frosting was incredible—a ganache made with premium 60% cocoa chocolate.
