As the 2026 crawfish season comes to a close, I want to take a moment to say thank you from the bottom of my heart.
This business is so much more than crawfish. It began as a dream my dad had years ago. He had a vision, and my mom worked right beside him, putting in countless hours, making sacrifices, and helping turn that dream into a reality. Together, they built something special that became much more than a business — it became a part of our family and our community.
Today, being able to continue that dream 13 years later and keep it growing is something I never take for granted. There are not enough words to express how proud I am of my parents for what they created. Their hard work, determination, and dedication laid the foundation for everything Papa Tim’s is today. Every season, I am reminded of the legacy they built and how blessed I am to carry it forward.
To our loyal customers, thank you for supporting us, sharing our posts, recommending us to your friends, driving long distances, and choosing Papa Tim’s year after year. Whether you stopped by once or every weekend, you helped make this season an incredible success.
Watching people gather around a table, make memories, and enjoy something that started as my dad’s dream is truly amazing. None of it would be possible without the support of this community.
As we close out another successful season, please know how grateful we are for each and every one of you. Thank you for helping us continue a family dream and for making the 2026 season one we’ll never forget.
