Our Deliciously Unique Thunderbird Salads all start with carefully prepared fresh ingredients. Our lettuce is sourced only from farms in the USA 🇺🇸. We purchase our produce locally every single day. We hand cut our lettuce, rinse it and spin it dry for a clean, crisp taste. We do this process several times a day to ensure freshness, and that we don't prepare too much at once- so that the next day, we're starting all over again fresh as always!

Delco Weeks down the shore mean pulling equipment and extra deep cleaning up here! We always have a rotating schedule of deep cleaning detail, but during the peak of vacation season, it gives us the opportunity to get it all done at once.
