What a night at DICED Dayton! 🔪🔥🍽️

We had SO much fun cooking, competing, laughing, and spending the evening alongside some seriously incredible culinary talent from around our Gem City. One of the best parts of events like this is getting to step out of our own kitchen and hang out with the chefs and teams who make our local food scene so special.

But the best part? It was all for an amazing cause. ❤️

Miami Valley Meals does incredible work right here in our community, transforming donated and rescued food into nutritious meals for our neighbors who need them most. We were proud to be a small part of a night that helped support their mission.

We hope you’ll keep the love going! Go visit the restaurants that participated, try their food, support their teams, and celebrate the incredible culinary talent we’re lucky to have here in the Miami Valley.

And while you’re at it, take a few minutes to learn more about Miami Valley Meals and the work they’re doing in our community. ❤️

Ahhh, Homecoming… back when our knees didn’t hurt and staying out past 10 PM wasn’t considered a late night. 😂

Seeing all the homecoming groups coming through tonight has us feeling a little nostalgic…

So naturally, we had to dig DEEP into the archives. 📸😂

There was a time when we were the Homecoming crowd — dressed up, taking questionable pictures, making questionable fashion choices, and somehow surviving without a single cell phone documenting every second of it.

To all those heading to Homecoming tonight: have the BEST time, make some memories, and take lots of pictures. Trust us… someday you’ll find them and wonder what on earth you were wearing. 😂

A huge thank you to Castle & Key for the incredible hospitality this weekend! 🥃🤍

If you’re looking for the perfect Kentucky weekend getaway, Frankfort definitely deserves a spot on your list. And be sure to check out Castle & Key’s Airbnb for the perfect place to stay while you’re there!

Of course, no trip is complete without spending some time at the beautiful Castle & Key Distillery. The historic buildings, gorgeous grounds and gardens, great cocktails, and incredible atmosphere make it the kind of place where you could easily spend an entire afternoon.

We also made the most of our weekend with a stop at The Stave an incredible dinner at Cypress & Oak and drinks at House of Common: A Bourbon Library — all places we would absolutely recommend adding to your Frankfort weekend.

We had such a wonderful time with friends and felt so welcomed everywhere we went. A huge thank you to Castle & Key for taking such great care of us and helping make the weekend so special.

Beautiful places, amazing food, great bourbon, and even better company. 🥃✨ Frankfort, you treated us well. We’ll definitely be back!
