Hello, my deli peeps! It was so awesome serving you this week, and I can't wait for next week. Today, we had a longtime Dayton alumnus come home. He's spent most of the last 40-ish years in Orlando, FL. Meet James Cain—I guess I can't truly tag him, but he loved our lamb Goetta today. He took some with him, along with our regular Goetta. It was very nice to meet him and see how much he loves seeing Dayton Boom!! See ya next week. ❤️-Tavis!

Alright my deli crew! Tomorrow, 6-13, we’ve got Italian beefs, tuna melts, muffalettas, Ky cubans, house-roasted turkey clubs, and much more. Also, biscuits and gravy with breakfast sandwiches all day. The soup is corned beef and cabbage with potatoes. We have house-made regular Goetta and Lamb Goetta. EXCITING NEWS — a new grab-and-go fridge will be here very soon. We can't wait to get back to making take-home meals. Today, I'm reworking our potato salad recipe a bit. Also, it's the last day of broccoli cheddar; tomorrow, we switch to corned beef, cabbage, and potatoes! Don't forget the lamb and Regular Goetta. If you didn't make it out for the lamb Goetta, I made more this week. We put the rest in the freezer, and it will still be delicious when you come to get it!!
