Jenna is the Operational Manager of the Rip Rap Shake Shack since 2019!. She works wholeheartedly in her position and working with young adults, while raising a house full of young children of her own. Jenna is a natural teacher with patience to guide all the young people around her. She is in constant mother mode for the young adults and creativity mode for "all things ice cream". We have been fortunate to have her as a leader and family member of the Roadhouse! Both stores are one big family. Thank you Jenna for your steadfast dedication and contributions to the success of the Shake Shack! You are forever in our favor. 😋😋😋
