At The Kitchen we offer one seating per night, and we are sure it will an unforgettable experience. We offer a seasonal seven course menu of regionally sourced ingredients. Executive Chef and owner Joseph Cipolla had a passion for cooking at an early age. With many years of experience working at highly acclaimed restaurants, Cipolla thought it was time to start his own. In 2011 he bought his first

food cart, and later partnered with David Romaine of Lettuce B. The Kitchen is a combination of Cipolla’s studies, travels, and passion for food. Cipolla finalizes each course in the dining room so patrons will be immersed in the art of cooking and experience the artistry of the cuisine. Reservations may be made for parties of 2-18 for an experience unlike any other. Dinner is a single seating with a BYOB wine and beer with no corkage fee. We look forward to seeing you at The Kitchen.
