🍸 GET TO KNOW TEAM T2 🍸
MEET MATT! 😎
Matt. Just Matt. No fancy nicknames, no aliases, no mystery. His friends call him Matt, too. Keeping it simple! 😂
Unlike most of Team T2, Matt is pretty new to the hospitality world. In fact, his bartending career began just six months ago when he decided to do something a little crazy… buy a bar! And what a six months it’s been.
🥃 His favorite drink? Matt loves the creativity and challenge of crafting a great cocktail. A perfectly balanced Old Fashioned or a Co**se Reviver No. 2 are among his favorites. The more interesting the cocktail, the better!
❤️ Favorite thing about T2? He admits he might be a little biased, but to Matt, T2 is about much more than what’s in your glass. It’s about the conversations, the friendships, the stories, and having a place where people can celebrate life’s highs, talk through its lows, and simply be themselves. Whoever you are, whoever you love, and whatever your story, you deserve a place where you feel welcome and never judged. That’s the kind of place he wants T2 to be.
🎶 His behind-the-bar anthem? Everybody (Backstreet’s Back) by the Backstreet Boys. And yes, there’s a pretty good chance he’ll be singing along. Everybodyyyy! 🎤
🏛️ Something you might not know? Before trading politics for cocktails, Matt made a little history! At the time, he was the youngest person in state history to run for public office, making a bid for the State House of Representatives. From the campaign trail to behind the bar… life certainly takes some interesting turns!
🍻 His advice for first-time visitors? Just be you. The T2 team and our incredible customers will take care of the rest. Whether you’re walking in alone or bringing your whole crew, the goal is simple: you should always feel good about being part of T2.
And if you leave without laughing or smiling at least once? Well, Matt would be pretty surprised.
Six months in, and the best part of owning T2 isn’t the bar itself. It’s the people who make it what it is. ❤️
That’s Matt. And that’s what T2 is all about. 🍸
