Hello folks ! What a week .
One last day we will be open tomorrow from 7 to 10 am .. I will have some shredded smoked chicken , Brisket ,and some pork for sale. Come out to the Bosque del Apache and cruise the loop , and grab a burrito and some Brisket... Don't forget the coleslaw and potato Salad...

Co.i g back strong it's that time a year a again. The birds are and so are we come visit us at . The bosque delta Apache. For The festival of cranes ... gettin our smoke on bring on the BBQ Brisket. And pork .. can't forget the breakfast burritos... nov, 20 thru the 23 .. lots of fun to be had
