🍂 A LITTLE HOURS UPDATE! 🍂

Life has a way of keeping us on our toes! 😂

We’ll be sneaking out a little early Friday for a follow-up appointment after our unexpected ER visit on Tuesday. And just like that, hockey season is creeping back into our schedule! 🏒

Here’s what the next couple of days look like:
🍁 Friday, October 9 | 7 AM – 3 PM
🍁 Saturday, October 10 | 8 AM – 11 AM

As we head into the winter months, our hours may fluctuate a bit while we juggle hockey, family, and running our little shop.

We’ll do our best to keep you updated here on social media and plan to post our weekly hours right at the counter so you can plan ahead!

And don’t forget about our TO-GO options! 🥤

If our hours don’t line up with your schedule, shoot us a message! We can prepare your favorite drinks to-go, and we can even package our Rise Bowl bases so you can add your own toppings at home whenever you’re ready!

We’re learning to embrace the balance between family and business, and we’re so thankful for a community that allows us to do both. 🤎

We’ve been doing a little planning for our winter menu and teamed up with My Kitchen Bakery LLC to bring some seriously delicious bread bowls to Rise!

And let me tell you… the bread alone is worth getting excited about! 🤤

Now we’re tossing around ideas for what to put inside. Soup, chicken pot pie, something cheesy, something creamy… so many possibilities!

The Pink Rebel is made with my FAVORITE Unicorn syrup. 🦄🩷 And fun fact — Unicorn has actually never made it onto a Rise menu before. 😂 I usually keep that one tucked away for myself, but special causes call for special treatment!

It’s here until it sells out — and until I can source some more. 👀 Judging by the reviews today, breaking into my stash was definitely worth it!

And we have to give some love right back to Dassel Dog Parlor. 🫶 Hawk & Archie both LOVE going there to get spoiled and pampered!

And Olie… he’s pretty darn cute too. 🥹🐾🩷

The pink drink of the day is *chef's kiss* SO good! Ollie says everyone should try one.

We got a little bit of a late start today, but we definitely couldn’t let World Teachers’ Day pass without recognizing the people who spend their days teaching, encouraging and making a difference in our kids’ lives. ❤️

We have an early morning appointment out of town Monday, so Rise • Dassel will be getting a later start.

We’re planning to be open by 10:30 AM, but if we make it back to Dassel sooner, we’ll open the doors as soon as we get there! 🥤

Because of the late opening, there will be no morning Order Ahead pickups Monday.

Once we’re back, we’ll be open until 4 PM!

☀️ Tuesday: back to normal hours!
