Guido's has a chalkboard menu that changes daily for lunch and dinner. We keep some tried and true staples on both menus, but also enjoy creating new dishes featuring seasonal produce and seafood. Because we make everything fresh and in-house, we do not have a standard set menu. “The Board” allows us to be creative with our food, and gives our guests a taste of the best we have to offer. Planning ahead for my surgery next week. Our dog Lucky has skin issues. A friend suggested that I try feeding him chicken and rice. Rouses had a wonderful sale on boneless chicken thighs which I picked up. Knowing the benefits of Turmeric I added some to the chicken and rice. I tasted it. Not bad. Perhaps we should think of opening a Doggy Cafe and what would we name it? Don’t take me seriously… but I’m sure there others who have made it happen!
