Finally made my first cup of coffee at 12:30… apparently, the coffee shop owner needed a reminder to caffeinate herself. 😂☕️

And let me tell you—it doesn’t have to be fancy! I made hot coffee in my Ninja, cooled it down over ice, and added some creamer. Sometimes simple is best. ❤️

Do I have any of my homemade syrups at home? Of course not. Joke’s on me. 🤦🏻‍♀️😂

I’m sorry we had to close early today because my daughter is sick. It’s been a very long time since I’ve taken time off to stay home with a sick child, and today she needed her mama.

I’ve washed the dishes and watched hours of Bluey while she falls asleep, wakes up, and snuggles back in. And honestly, I think I’m going to spend the rest of today just embracing this time with my children. ❤️

Sometimes we get so consumed by the world around us that we blink and wonder where the time went.

So today, I’m slowing down and soaking them in. I’ll see everyone and answer messages tomorrow. Thank you for understanding. 🫶🏻

I haven’t made myself a Lotus in a while, so today felt like the day! ❤️

I’m not a club soda girl, so I used Sprite and added pineapple, blue raspberry, pear, and a little edible glitter. ✨🍍💙

Apparently my caffeine needed a little sparkle and a tropical vacation. 😂

Monday walked into Blue Brew before I did and apparently clocked in as my supervisor. 🫠☕️

DoorDash was going off before I even got through the door.
I started mopping.
I burnt my finger making syrup.

So far, I’ve been a barista, a janitor, and a lightly toasted marshmallow. 😭😂

And to the two ladies who came in while I ran to the bathroom: I’m so sorry! I didn’t catch you until you were heading out the door. ❤️ My brain had approximately 47 tabs open, three were frozen, and one was playing music I couldn’t find.

If you’ve seen me today and thought, “Wow, she’s full of jokes!” …thank you. That’s apparently what happens when my brain reaches maximum capacity. 😂
