Thank you, Danville for allowing the Checkered Pig to feed your family and friends for the last 16 years. We have enjoyed every moment, every celebration and family get together. We hope that you will come visit us in Martinsville as we downsize back to our one “original” location.
Our last official day at our Danville location will be Sunday, November 2, 2025. It is our hope we will see you sometime in the next few days or at our Martinsville location thereafter. The gift certificates and catering that were purchased or planned for you through our Danville location will be honored and handled through our Martinsville location so you will not miss out of any of our delicious foods.
We know that this is sad for many, as well as a very difficult choice for us, as the owners of Checkered Pig. However, we plan on staying close to home. We have NO PLANS or DESIRES of closing our Martinsville location. We also want to thank the many dedicated employees that have served you and your families. They are like family to us and they have our support for their future endeavors. Breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday took a great team and we are thankful for them.
Again, thank you! May the love of Q and our delicious recipes keep us friends for the days and years to come.
