Service Information

* Buffet service, which includes delivery, set-up, and table linens for buffet tables.
*Clean up service is only provided for items that we provide to your event which includes clearing dinnerware from guest tables.
*Buffet tables will be decorated to coordinate with the event theme.
*We provide options for disposable and china service. China service is billed separately.
*Lef

t over food on the buffet will be properly packaged, labeled, and refrigerated for you. We do not assume liability on the leftover food.
*An approximate guest count is requested at the time the event is booked. A final guest count is required 10 days prior to the event.
* Hall fees and surcharges are extra.
*Michigan sales tax is not included in prices quoted.
*Gratuity will be built into the invoice.
