From the beginning, our philosophy has been simple: use the highest quality ingredients available, make as much as we can from scratch, and give people options that fit their lifestyle. When we place our food orders, we choose the best quality items on the list — not the cheapest option. We source local honey, local maple syrup, farm-fresh eggs, and seasonal fruits and vegetables whenever they’re

available. We make our bread in-house without preservatives — which means it molds in 4–5 days, just like real bread should. But what we’re most proud of isn’t just quality. You can come in and order:
• Wings with house-made sauces
• Cheese fries with real aged cheddar
• A Halperns angus beef burger with a homemade bun
• A perfectly cooked steak

• A fully vegan meal
• Vegetarian offerings
• Gluten-free options
• Keto-friendly items
We even reformulated our falafel cakes — removing egg and using aquafaba (the liquid from beans) as the binder — so they’re completely vegan. We’re not a “health food restaurant.”
We’re not fast food. We’re simply a scratch kitchen that values real ingredients and real preparation. Our wing sauces are made in-house. Our breads are made in-house. Our dough is hand-tossed. Our cheeses are real. Our ingredients are intentional. Sometimes that means things take a little longer. Sometimes it means the price reflects the quality. NOW HIRING AT THE DISH CAFE
The Dish Cafe is looking to add an experienced server and a BOH team member to our crew. We’re looking for servers who are friendly, dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced restaurant environment. Previous serving experience is preferred, applicants must be 18 or older, and Saturday and Sunday availability is a must. Server shifts are primarily 4:30–10:30 PM, with morning shifts from 10:30 AM–4:30 PM also occasionally required. We’re also looking for an experienced BOH team member who is comfortable with dishwashing, food prep, and working the line. If you’re hardworking, reliable, and ready to be part of a great team, stop by The Dish Cafe during non-peak hours to fill out an application. We look forward to meeting you!

TONIGHT...It's a great night to let us do the cooking! Start with our Gambas Al Ajillo. Pan-seared shrimp in a garlic, paprika, and white wine sauce. Our entree tonight is Chicken Francese. Pan-fried chicken cutlets with a lemon & white wine sauce, and served with garlic parmesan pasta. We'll have these ready for you to enjoy starting at 5PM.
