Dear valued Smokey Q customers.

We strive to bring you the freshest and best quality product that we can provide. Part of that is through applying proper food safety measures. We failed in those procedures and protocols regarding our pork and brisket today.
Because of that we will be closed for lunch Friday the 28th.
We plan on opening for dinner around 4. But note we will not have brisket on the menu.
