Save the date! September 20th we will be selling bbq brisket, ribs, sausage, potato salad and pinto beans! 1 brisket ($160), 1/2 brisket ($80) 1/4 brisket ($40), rack of ribs ($40),
1/2 rack of ribs ($20), 1 link of sausage ($12), 1 quart of potato salad ($10) and 1 quart of pinto beans ($7). Get you orders in. Thank you to everyone who ordered BBQ from us, for today. We bbq'd 3 briskets, 5 racks of ribs, 2 turkey breast and made 10lbs of potato salad. We had a blast and will do this again next month. Have a blessed weekend!

We will be selling pre order half or quarter briskets on August 16th. Half a brisket will be $80 and a quarter of a brisket will be $40. We will also be selling ribs $40 per rack or $20 for half a rack. And last is potato salad. $8 per quart. We do need all orders in by August 8th please.
