Before I owned a coffee stand, I spent 10 years in banking, so this is one area where I came into business ownership with a little bit of a head start. 😂

Thinking about opening a coffee stand: should you BUILD one or BUY one already finished? ☕️

Coffee Stand Owner Advice — Part 2!

We built Cowgirl Barista from the ground up, and I was very involved in the entire process. I LOVE how our stand turned out… but we also learned quite a few things the hard way. 😂

The biggest thing I want future coffee stand owners to know?

Don’t automatically assume building your own stand will be cheaper or faster.

There are definitely advantages to building because you can design the space around exactly how YOU want to work — but there are also a million little decisions, expenses and things you don’t know you don’t know until you’re doing it.

In this video I’m sharing what our experience was and what I’d consider before deciding between building or buying.

And because apparently I can’t give coffee stand advice without making a drink at the same time… 😂 today we’re making a White Lotus with cantaloupe, guava + strawberry and cantaloupe cold foam. 🌸🍈🍓

☕️ MONTANA COFFEE CRAWL: MSU EDITION! 🏔️

Obviously I couldn’t spend time at Montana State University without finding out what the coffee situation looks like. 😂

Next stop: SRO Café right on the MSU campus!

I ordered an Irish Cream Breve and I’m happy to report that Cailyn will have access to VERY good coffee while she’s here. 😂👏
