Monday — Bakers & Bloodys during the day, Prime Rib at night.
Tuesday — Taco Tuesday 🌮
Wednesday — Rib Dinner + Karaoke at 7 🎤
Thursday — Seafood Day, with Ahi Tuna taking the spotlight this week 🐟
Friday — Steak Day. You already know. 🥩
Saturday — Brunch, brisket at 4, then Karaoke at 7:30 🎶
Sunday — Brunch in the morning, then we’re finishing the week with Brisket Mac & Cheese at 4 🤤

And Happy Hour is rolling Monday–Friday from 10–4.

Mondays at the Echo are worth showing up hungry for! 😋🍻

Bakers & Bloodys every Monday from 10–3 PM! $1 off all Bloodys plus rotating Bloody & Baker specials — and this week is one to beat! 🔥
• Beef & Mushroom Loaded Baker topped with Swiss cheese, with creamy horseradish on the side. 🥔
• Peppercorn Bloody Mary made with our house-infused lemon pepper Tito’s, candied bacon, a bacon salt rim, and spicy pickled veggies. 🍹

Then at 4 PM, what you’ve been craving all weekend — Prime Rib takes over! 🥩 A 16 oz cut with a twice-baked potato, garlic bread, soup or salad, au jus, and horseradish — until we sell out! Today we’re celebrating one of the most versatile ingredients around… the mighty potato! 😍

Whether it’s tots, our delicious loaded potato skins, or your favorite potato side, we love potatoes around here. 🧀🥔

And you know what goes great with potatoes? Our slow-cooked, fall-off-the-bone ribs. 🍖
They come with our house-made famous potato salad and baked beans — or skip the beans and double up on the potato with some fries! We don’t judge. 😉
