If you were looking to drink your dessert, Old Forrester 1920 is our recommendation for you. It has a thick syrupy mouth feel and is loaded with dark desserty notes like molasses and bananas foster, while keeping its balance with drier notes of oak spice and to***co. Pairs excellently with our Crème Brûlée though, if you find you’re not so staunchly apposed to eating.

We source the Royal Red shrimp in our Shrimp and Grits from Argentina for much the same reason as our South African lobster tail. Those cold deep waters make for that delectably firm texture and clean flavor. The species is also known for naturally having a sweet buttery taste, not unlike lobster. We also use stone ground grits for the deeper flavor and heartier texture they provide. That is why our Shrimp and Grits is such a fan favorite! Maybe it will be yours too. Come in and try it alongside a glass of our Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc, it’s perfect pairing.
