Berkshire Culinary Group We cater all types of events, parties, and gatherings at any location. We operate catering at the Dalton American Legion Post 155.

Find us at Shire Tavern, Berkshire Hills Country Club, Berkshire Lake Camp, Dalton American Legion or any where else we may pop up! Shire Breu Hous Location open Tuesday through Saturday 4:30PM - 8:30 PM for take-out food and beer. Menus can be found at www.berkshireculinarygroup.com/menus

A little behind on getting this one out! Hope you will join us for an evening of fine French dining from Berkshire Culinary Group accompanied by Composer and Pianist Ivan Dalia.

Blind from birth, Ivan’s love affair with music began as a curious youth, ultimately choosing the piano as his life partner.

Ivan is currently based in New York City, where he maintains a busy performance schedule at venues such as the Ivy Room, The Nines, and San Carlo Osteria Piemonte, as well as special events including performances with the Dominic James Band at the WTC.

Tickets are now up and we are hoping you will join us for a trip to France with a little elegance and fine dining.

$80 pp includes dinner and music.
