Taking you along every step of the process- today I got to meet with a local roaster, Oak Cliff Coffee Roaster! Got to try a few of their coffees, got to ask a million questions and share the goals of this coffee cart! They kindly shared from their wealth of knowledge, and gave me super helpful guidance! God willing, I have another update for you soon!

Te llevo conmigo en cada paso del proceso- hoy tuve la oportunidad de reunirme con un tostador de café local, Oak Cliff Coffee Roaster! Pude probar una variedad de los cafés que ofrecen, hacer mil preguntas, y compartir las metas de esta cafetería móvil. Ellos compartieron de la experiencia que tienen y me guiaron muy bien! Primero Dios les tengo otra actualización pronto!

Years ago God put the desire in my heart to own a coffeeshop. It seemed like too big of a task to embark on, so I marked it off in my head as something to consider in the far future, once I felt I “had it all together”. Recently, God spoke to me through wise council who told me to start now.

So here I go stepping out in faith, knowing this is God’s idea and trusting Him through the entire journey. He is the owner of all, and I am just blessed enough to get to manage things for this cafe here on earth. I’m documenting the journey, to remind others to step out in faith for those God-sized dreams! So follow along this journey and remember to keep the faith in whatever you are facing!

“He who watches the wind [waiting for all conditions to be perfect] will not sow [seed], and he who looks at the clouds will not reap [a harvest].” - Ecclesiastes 11:4 AMP

The goal of this coffeeshop is to spread the gospel, remind people of the hope in Jesus Christ, and to make delicious lattes to those needing some caffeine for their day!
