Celebrate Setsubun with our Lucky Sushi Roll, available from January 30 to February 3. Crafted with premium ingredients such as Bluefin Tuna, Shrimp, Freshwater Eel, Tamago, Kanpyo, Cucumber, and Pickled Burdock Root, this once a year tradition brings flavor and good fortune.

一年に一度の縁起巻き。節分限定の恵方巻をお楽しみください。まぐろ、海老、うなぎ、玉子焼き、かんぴょう、きゅうり、山ごぼうなど、厳選した具材を贅沢に巻き込んだ、幸運を願う一本です。

What is Setsubun?
 Setsubun is a traditional Japanese seasonal event celebrated in early February, marking the transition from winter to spring. It is a time associated with clearing away bad luck and welcoming good fortune for the new season. One common tradition is throwing roasted soybeans to symbolically chase away bad spirits and invite good luck.
 
What is Eho-Maki?
 Eho-Maki is a special sushi roll traditionally eaten during Setsubun. It is enjoyed once a year as a way to celebrate the new season and wish for good fortune.
The roll is traditionally eaten uncut, while facing the year’s lucky direction, and people quietly make a wish as they eat.
 
This Year’s Lucky Direction
 Each year has a designated lucky direction, known as Eho. This year’s lucky direction is South-South-East (SSE). Facing this direction while eating Eho-Maki is believed to symbolize aligning oneself with good fortune for the year ahead.
