Chef Andreas has a crazy ability to find amazing cuts. The way he prepares this Filet Mignon is honestly beyond anything we’ve seen anywhere else.
And the thing is, it’s still traditional. Nothing overcomplicated. Sometimes the best food really is just simple dishes made with an insane amount of dedication and accuracy to the craft. Perfect crust, perfect temperature, perfect balance. Never overdone. Never underdone.
He spends his mornings at the market personally picking out cuts, vegetables, everything that’s going into service that night. You can feel the care behind it.
Honestly, if you come in, this is one of those dishes you should try at least once. Then stay at the bar for a drink after because Uptown’s been feeling really good lately. 🍸🥩
